- Thou shalt not be tentative and timid for your interruption is surely worthy.
- Thou shalt control the call with a question that has the prospect think about their business and understand you as a trusted industry expert.
- Thou shall not reveal the costs of your product/service before you you establish value.
- Thou shalt not rebuttal without asking for the appointment
- Thou shalt ask for the appointment at the end of every cold call
- Thou shalt NEVER set an appointment without double confirming this EXACT time, date, and necessary personnel.
