Build a list!!!!
A list is a group of people that like to hear from you. They want to receive what you have to offer.
It's simple to do really. Choose your niche, set up the list building system, send niche targeted traffic to the system, and most importantly, treat these subscribers well.
Building a list is so powerful. Having subscribers today could turn into buyers for years to come... and that's not a joke.
My first successful niche list was in a small fitness market. It took around 60 days to create the system and set up traffic avenues. Over the next 12 months, I had around 1,500 super targeted subscribers.
I eventually sold the website, but kept the list. 3 years later, 500 of those subscribers still open every one of my emails sent.
This has become a very very reliable monthly income source for me.
You can do the exact same and I highly suggest you start building a list in your business right now...
Keep in mind a list can come in many forms. Mobile marketing and social media marketing offer different forms of lists. A large fan page list, as long as they are targeted, is a very powerful money maker as well.
When consulting local businesses, the first thing I do to make them more money is see if they've collected the names, addresses, emails, or phone numbers of their buyers. If so, we immediately send a promotion to this list.
If they don't have a system set up to collect info, then it's an absolute must do project.
