I'm work at a CRO agency and we have some great A/B test wins as well as some losses too but, every test we learn something new or something surprises us. It would be great to hear of other people's, agency or not, successful A/B tests that has stuck with them. |

For me I tested gathering e-mails with NO name vs. requiring a name. No name = 50% higher conversion rate. Name = 1,000% more profitable list all other factors remaining the same. Lesson: require a name even it will hurt conversions. If they don't care to give your their name in exchange for your free offer, there's a lower likelihood they'll be buying anything. |
