Marketing Database Question for Copywriters
I put this question in the Copywriting section because I think it's quite likely that an experienced direct marketer would have the answer to the question.
Here goes...
There is a service provided by some list companies whereby you give them a database of your customers' contact info and they analyze the data and give you a general profile of who your customers are - their income, age, hobbies, whether they're homeowners or have kids, etc. The profile is not of the individual customers but of the customer base as a whole.
What is this service called?
