A Christmas Tune For My Fellow Copywriters
Just wanted to say thanks to everyone here who has helped me along this copywriting journey over the past 3 months or so. When I arrived here I had no direction or clue, only a burning desire to learn and work as hard as it took to launch a new direction for my career.
Everything I've learned over the past three months is a direct result of the guidance and assistance from experienced copywriters here on this forum - either through direct, hands on assistance or from absorbing all of the great information that is posted here throughout each day to help new copywriters like myself.
And to the handful of pros out there who have taken personal time to email, Skype, and have phone conversations with me to help out in my journey...It's so refreshing to see people that are willing to help out and give guidance in this industry...So much of my prior experience has been in industries where the helping hands are few and far between.
I look forward to contributing more and learning more, and paying it forward in the year to come. And while I can't offer any expert advice right now as a copywriter, I'll share this Christmas tune for everyone who will be in the holiday spirit, wrapping gifts and taking time out from their busy schedules over the next week or so. Since I came down with the flu, my holidays will be spent catching up on projects! But it's all thanks to the helpful people on this forum, and it sure beats the alternative.

And a special holiday thanks to folks like Jennie Heckel, Steve Hill, Steve The Copywriter, Rick Duris, Vin Montello, Brian McLeod, and the others who have taken precious time from their schedules to offer personal advice and a helping hand outside of this forum. You've all helped me far more than you realize!
