Hi everyone, happy Friday.
If you're a direct response marketer who sells and ships products using e-commerce. I'd like to know which CRM you use.
CRM is a very generic term, so I'm specifically talk about CRMs like LimeLight and Konnektive. Meaning CRMs that focus on continuity / subscriptions / recurring offers (trial or no trial).
Specific features that these types of CRMs have:
- e-commerce with recurring builling
- MID load balancing
- affiliate tracking
- landing page integration
I'm asking this question not b/c I'm looking for a CRM solution for myself. As a seasoned software developer and tech entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience, I'm in the process of building and selling this type of niche CRM SaaS product because I believe there's a need despite the existing solutions.
That said, I want to see what people are using now, what their pain points are (if any) in order to understand how I should position my product.
Hoping to hear some detailed insights in terms of missing features, quality of service, price points, etc.
Thanks,
Jay
