I have thousands and thousands of designs ready to go. I am in the process of working out my business model for getting them on merchandise and to the market. I am looking on advice on creating this business model.

1. Do I open a store with one of the big print on demand platforms eg Cafepress, Tee Junction etc. If so does anyone have any recommendations. ( Keep in mind I am an Australian based business.

2. Do I build a website of my own via one of the platforms ( shopify, wix , squarespace etc ) and integrate a dropshipping platform such as Tee Junction to supply my products. If so any advice on the best model or combination for this would be great.

3. Do I have my own website and then only print via a supplier when sales come in or have merchandise already printed.

4. Do I sell via one or multiple big guys ( Etsy, Amazon, eBay ) using a print on demand company to supply my products. If so does anyone do this and what is a good model for this.

I have so many options in front of me so any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have the designs, I have the marketing skills just need to put togthether my business model.

Thanks in Advance for all help provided

Just an FYI. Try Printful, on March 28 in the late afternoon, I ordered a T-shirt from there, That was Thursday night. The next day was Good Friday and over the Easter Weekend. It was delivered on Monday, April 1st by Mid-Afternoon. I do not think you can ask for a better turnaround time on a product.

Just a Disclaimer - I do not sell shirts as a business. Here is the link - https://www.printful.com

you are saying you can get the traffic.... then simply follow the path of least resistance

go with a shopify store and integrate into printful ( https://www.printful.com/integrations/shopify )

There are dozens of POD platforms and a variety of
business models you can use, as you have indicated,
so good luck with whatever you decide.

Some of the POD platforms have different standards
of image sizes and pixel density, so your thousands
and thousands of designs may be tedious to manage.

I suggest you ensure all of that is correct before you
get set up anywhere, especially if you connect your
    shop with the POD company.

You will be required to submit your credit card for order
processing on any dropships. Be prepared to fund the
orders, as customer payments may take a while for you
to receive, in the meanwhile buyers will be expecting
    their orders.
