Hi guys,

I came across this web service that helps non-US residents/citizens set up a US business entity. I was wondering if it's too pricey and if there are cheaper alternative elsewhere or if I could do it easily myself without using their service. Here's their site:

US Business Entity | US Bank Account | US Merchant Account | MyUSbusiness.com

I was thinking of buying the package which includes US Business Entity + US Bank Account + US Merchant Account

Hear from you!

This is the first time i am hearing about these kind of site.
I would suggest not to trust on these sites until you have someone known already using that service.

Would like to know more about this site.

I look at the link and think the price isnt right. It is almost $600.00 for a US Bank Account ?

On the left corner it says' New Mexico LLC. Never heard that state recommend before. If it is a sample of a state they would of been better off recommending some thing along the line of a Delaware LLC or Wyoming LLC they are known for foreign LLC's. Unless this is something new. I would do a little more research IMHO.

Check out Nevada as well. Delaware is good if you will be a publically traded company and are looking for investor money. If you are concerned about you and keeping as much money as possible (instead of taxes) then look at Nevada and Wyoming.
