Some ideas would be:

Mortgage refinance
Reverse Morgage (For older demographic)
Home Improvement
Solar Panels
Driveway Seals
Home Appliance Warranty
Home Insurance
Car Insurance
Life Insurance

The list goes on and on and on.

Apart from that I suggest you do go to click bank marketplace... There you'll find a lot of affiliate promotion stuff that is relevant to your email list..........

Or you can also contact different websites independently and offer them to become their affiliate marketing superstar....

If you already marketed one product to them it would make sense to find a related product or service and market that to them. Homeowners are a very wide niche so there are lots of things to look at.

If you have other products and services you offer send those to them also. It may be good to get them on the phone also. This is much quicker than just email.

How many people on your list bought the first product you sent them? For those people, you could send them more offers that are related to, or that complement the product they bought.

For those that didn't buy it, send them a short survey asking them what their biggest wants/needs/concerns are when it comes to home ownership. Once you get their feedback, send them customized offers that address these issues.

We really need to know what type of product you marketed to them? And the Conversions ??

You could email the list with a simple question and then manually convert the ones that reply. That way you inbox super high and attract all the good leads. Works like a charm. PM me if u need help
