Promoting the fiverr gig to my email list?

Hi friends,

I have a list in internet marketing niche, I purchased solo ads from one of my friends. As I am working on fiverr as well I want to promote my gig which is a graphic and design category.

Should I promote my fiverr gigs to my email list, is it a good email marketing practice? Can anyone tell me if I will get good conversions?
