Pay Per Lead Weight Loss Niche

Where can I find pay per lead offers to promote on exit traffic to weight loss subscribers? I am an affiliate marketer looking to build my list with numerous weight loss affiliate programs to offer but want to monetize my exit traffic that does not opt in or order my primary offerings. I can't find any pay per lead affiliate offers with my affiliates. I heard that CashNetwork has an abundance but I need an invitation from someone to join.

      It looks like you have to be a part of his training program to become an affiliate or have to have a personal invite. I would be interested in this program, but not the training aspect as I am committed to staying focused on the path with my present training program.

      Not the case. I've been through Maxbounty, Clickbank, peerfly...can't find anything suitable for weight loss or health&fitness

    I don't recall ever seeing any PPL offers for weight loss.
