Some tips for a successful email re-engagement
- Provide value first. Ask later. Don't drop the news of launching a new product/service yet.
- But if you're launching a new product/service, narrate the story of why you're doing that new product.
- Give discounts and freebies, or show gratitude to your customers for their support.
- Always ask for constructive feedback from customers.
