Howdy Tiff, I will begin marketing my own PLR products this year targeting the Christian Niche. I am committed to creating 5 PLR articles per week and one report. I will also plan to create at least 10 auto-responder messages per week. I also plan to update my sales site and blog every week as well. The next part of my commitment for the new year is to automate and outsource as much as possible so I can better spend my time more wisely. |

This is a great idea--small but consistent. Consistent isn't my middle name. My three areas of interest this year are my copywriting business, niche marketing, and my websites that reflect personal interests. My three daily no-fail actions: 1. write 500 words 2. spend 20 minutes on a niche website 3. spend 20 minutes on a personal (but monetized!) website Happy New Year and good luck! Mary |

Ooo, I'm going to get this in just under the wire. Thank you Tiffany for providing this space for accountability and encouragement! Here are my goals for 2012: 1. To continue producing a minimum of one PLR pack per week. (I have Saturday's to do this.) 2. Spend time each week investigating tools/techniques which can both increase the value I offer my customers and increase my earnings. (Monday evenings) 3. Implement the legitimate tools/techniques which are most likely to help me achieve goal #2. (Monday-Saturday as time allows.) 4. Continue to build community through G+ and Twitter. (I've identified 2 hours Monday-Friday which I can set aside to focus on this.) Thanks again Tiff! |

Daily Goals: 1. Write at least 1 PLR article. 2. Contact 5 potential clients. 3. Work toward publishing 1 Kindle book, every two weeks. 4. Write one product review. That being said, by the end of 2012 I should have: 1. 73 new PLR packs. 2. Several new clients. 3. 26 published Kindle books. 4. 365 product reviews. I look forward to the challenge. Thanks again, Tiffany. Let the games begin! Happy New Year everybody. |

Happy New Year! I just barely made it here lol I have 4 domains that i am going to get up and running with wp sites and aweber. I guess the model would be direct sales, a couple of information sites , a plr site and my cooking site. My first months work is to get each one up and running smoothly. I think that will be plenty for now. I do have some plr packs written so after I get these sites up and running I will work on creating plr also. Thanks, Tiff! |

Hi Tiffany and everyone else! I plan on working on my plr site and putting up niche sites using my purchased plr. I will also go into the offline realm with my husband as a way to build up funds so he can "retire" from his J.O.B. and give us some immediate upfront money. (He has had some bad health issues this year that have thrown us for a loop!) I plan to work on a plr pack a week, put up 1 niche site a month and start attending outside venues to get the ball rolling on our offline consultant services. Thanks for the challenge and I know this will get my business up and growing! |

I've worked for a US-based transcription company for four years and I think it's time for me to go. Lately, they've been sending in their payments as late as one month. There is no opportunity for growth and the company doesn't give raises. One of my co-workers complained to one of our big bosses because she didn't get paid on the scheduled pay date. The big boss told her that she could just quit if she's not happy with the company. Last November, my power was cut off. I couldn't pay my utility bills on time because my pay was a month late. Luckily, I have a generous uncle who gave me some money so I could get the electricity back on. I'm very angry, but I'm more angry with myself than at the company. I bought Ghostwriting Cash and PLR ATM, but I haven't done enough because I've been very focused on my transcription job. I'm starting from a place of anger, but I'm going to make this anger work for me and not against me. I've realized that I've been holding on to this job for far too long because doing so makes me feel safe. And so, Tiffany, I'm taking this challenge and I'm going to be a honey badger like you. Enough is enough! Here's a list of things that I'm going to do in 2012: 1) I'm going to gradually shift from transcription to ghostwriting. I still need my crappy job because I am the breadwinner of our family. However, I will redouble my efforts to market my services as a ghostwriter. I've chickened out of applying for ghostwriting jobs and posting an advertising thread in the Warriors for Hire section. This year, I'm going to be a lot braver. 2) I'm going to set up a PLR store. I need to earn some PayPal dollars so I can pay for hosting and a domain. While I'm still saving up for these, I will write at least one PLR page per day. 3) I'm going to get into affiliate marketing. I've been studying affiliate marketing for a couple of years now, but I've always gotten cold feet. This year, I'm determined to take the plunge! My goals for this year: 1) Have more than 10 ghostwriting customers. 2) Set up a PLR store. 3) Improve my research and writing skills so I can get more done in a day without sacrificing the quality of my work. 4) Create a passive source of income through affiliate marketing. 5) Make at least $1,000 each month. My daily tasks: 1) Apply for at least one ghostwriting job on a freelance site or contact a potential ghostwriting customer (until I have all the ghostwriting jobs that I can handle). 2) Write at least one PLR article. 3) Write at least five pages for my ghostwriting customers. 4) Write at least two pages of content for myself. During my "non-profit" hours, I will read e-books and articles that will help me improve my writing skills. That's it. Thank you for giving me a much-needed kick in the behind, Tiffany. I hope to see a better year and I really want to make you tear up with joy when I share my success story before the year ends. Here's wishing you and all our fellow warriors the best in 2012. |

I'm ready for 2012. I had a lot of personal success in 2011 (Weight loss, Improve diet, workout plan, and improved financial management skills) and I'm ready to use those lessons I have learned and apply them to my online business in 2012. In 2012 I will be focusing on 3 business models: Offering a Service (Coaching) Product Creation (WSO's) Affiliate Marketing (Authority Niche Site) What I would like to accomplish by December 31, 2012: Work with at least of 20 coaching clients Create and release 12 WSO's (Free or Paid) Have a minimum of 50 post on my Online Marketing Blog Earn at least $500 per month from my Authority Niche Site My weekly commitment will be: Get 10% of my next WSO's completed daily..that could be writing, videos, creating slides, recruiting affiliates, writing articles to promote my WSO's Post at least 1 post to my Online Marketing blog Network with other marketers via Social Media and blog commenting Post at least 2 post to my Authority Sites, and get at least 5 backlinks per week I have decided on investing in my business by hiring a VA to help with some of the above task since I'm currently working 50-60 hours a week at my full time job. I know this will be a very successfully year for my online business. |

Hey Tiffany, Cool - another challenge. Awesome =) Been a long time since I was in one... Might as well join in on this one. I only found out about yours totally by accident cause I hardly pop by the WF recently. So here's my grandfather's story. I spent a lot of time and energy offline in 2011, so much so that I neglected my online business. End of grandfather's story. This year, I'm going to put more focus on my online business. Starting with an online membership site. Month 1: Create membership site and complete the funnel Month 2: Promotional activity and tracking/tweaking Month 3: More promotional activity Month 4: Some more promotional activity (Month 5 onwards is basically the same) Possible things I would add: [] Copywriting training [] Interviews [] "Fun" videos to encourage 'likes' and stick rate Ending with an online membership site. I've already begun. And since it's January 3rd, I'm reporting that I've sourced my content and I'm adding them into my site. I'm up to post 10 out of 31. This is a new membership site I'm creating and I've got high hopes for this one. Let's see if this will not add an extra 4-5 figure income into my bank account. Asher |

Today I managed to write 15 pages for a PLR eBook (so I completed my task to write at least one page for the day) and I managed to get it finished so I can release that later this week when I get time. I hope it's well received. I also wrote another product review for my affiliate sites (that I haven't yet built or even purchased a domain for) so now it's after 11PM here and I'm just going through lots of emails. I'm pretty happy with my progress for the day and I hope everyone else managed to complete their tasks too! |

Got mine done! Wound up being: 1 awesome review on my site with video/text 1 PLR article for a topic I'm working on 1 section (which was 3 pages) on my new info product Feels good to be consistent in all areas, but I'm antsy to go overboard on one like I usually do. Won't let myself, though. |

I'm a bit late but I would love to join the challenge. I only work on IM 5 days a week. Weekends I take time out from work. So my tasks will be: 1. Write at least one page of my current book daily. 2. Publish one of my books on Kindle weekly. 3. Spend 30 minutes per day building backlinks. 4. Spend 30 minutes per day promoting my products. Not much compared to the declarations of others but enough for me. I wish everyone a happy and prosperous 2012. Karen |

I think this is a great idea. I have so many "half done" projects that I have to make my first months challenge to be to decide which projects I ditch, which ones I keep and which ones I will prioritize. As soon as I have done that I will decide what I want to achieve in the next 12 months and then break those goals down into daily/weekly tasks. I will then report back. |

Day 3 I managed to release another PLR eBook today so that was great. I also managed to complete a couple of pages of PLR and did some work on another report. I wasn’t in the mood to write a product review for my affiliate site (for which I’ve still got to purchase a domain and set up a site) so I did a supporting article instead. I can use that for backlinking or on the actual site itself to grab a few long tails. The clock’s swinging upwards to 1AM here and I still have some admin to sort out so it’s going to be another late one for me. |

Well, I actually replied earlier today, but my computer hiccup'd for some reason and all was lost. No big deal. The main thing I wanted to say is: How on earth did I find my way into this gathering of Overachievers? Not to mention PLR-ers. LOL. Or maybe none of you have other thing to attend to, like moving autoresponders for the umpteenth time, or unsubscribing from 5600 email lists, or hustling to find ways to monetize a site you've just discovered is on Page 7 of Google (even if it's for a keyword no one ever uses -- and far fewer end up buying anything from!). Plus some personal things that MUST be taken care of. Needless to say, my own list of Dailies is still a dream. er, Goal. But at least I'm moving in the right direction. That counts for something, if only to me. Seriously, folks, I'm in awe of you. |

Hey Tiff, I just wanted to say thank you for continuing to be an inspiration to all of us. I plan to achieve 3 major goals this year. 1. Complete my nursing education 2. Write at least one quality kindle book per week 3. Set up my PLR site, and write 2 articles per week Combining the three is becoming a very daunting task, but I think with good time management I can pull it off. Happy New Year to everyone, and best of luck in 2012, Anthony |

Waking up to day 4. Yesterday i spent working on my personal relationship so I let life lead the way and put off my tasks until today, where I'll be doubling up! Of course, like most people, I felt guilt. Even when I'm the one telling others "No Guilt!" LOL (hypocrite). Oh well, I'll check in later and let y'all know how it goes. I'm on the "back to school" wake up at 6 schedule and it's killllling me. I need plenty of sleep to function properly. Tiff |

Hi Tiffany! I just wanted to let you know here in the WF how well this challenge is working for me. Of course, this is only Day 4. And I had to go to bed early last night after keeping up with my commitment to this challenge. To really keep myself on track, I took one of my websites and decided to do a daily blog about changing your life. (Well changing my life but most of us are on the same journey to health, wealth and happiness.) It's hard to keep up the pace but going public puts extra pressure on keeping with the plan. |

I just had an interesting adventure at my local Chamber of Commerce that made me kinda do that... I have my 'here's my online businessy thing'. Then I have my 'I have a big concept that I want to get up in front of audiences and talk about and up until today have never HAD an actual audience, so I accidentally audience-d the whole thing instead of pitching things set up to make me money. > < What I was going to say is one thing that works well for me is to use automatic pacing things. You said your PLR customers get your attention for 3 weeks and then don't hear from you. Instead of trying to pace PLR on your human brain end, what I do is if I'm in the mood to do some specific thing, I'll do it right then as much as possible--and then set it up to automatically send out over the course of however many weeks. So you'd write a bunch of PLR right now when you're in the mood to write, and then set it up with your email program to either remind you to 'hit send on draft number 4' or if you have a program that will just send it when you need it sent' that works too. I do that with my blogs. I don't quite understand the challenge, but that was just my 2 bits of advice. |

Hey everyone! Day 3 I spent working on personal relationships and that was more important than work. Life happens. So today was double up time. Today, Day 4 - I did: 2 PLR articles 2 info product sections 1 affiliate review is almost finished and I'm hoping I can do another one before bed but I'm not 100% sure. I'm going to try! It was a great day and reminded me why I made this a LIGHTWEIGHT slacker challenge. We have to have room for days when your attention is demanded by other things. Tiff |

Hi Folks! Day 4 Tasks Completed: 1 PLR article 1 PPT tutorial 1 Product page I carried the laptop downstairs, so I could relax on the sofa while writing. It seems to me, a change of scenery (even if it is sitting in a different room than my office) makes it much more enjoyable to write. Tomorrow, I want to write a new post on the blog highlighting my progress. It needs some attention, too! |

My first week is over, and I'll be the first to admit I didn't get all I wanted done for my business. I have had four writing clients come out of the woodwork and order custom content. Just after Christmas, it's pretty hard to knock back a quick injection of cash. So, I've just finished an ebook for one, I have another ebook chapter to write, 8 articles and a cat medical glossary to complete. I also have someone who is interested in up to 100 articles over the next few months. As far as my own sites go - I now have wordpress mu installed on my domain to showcase my plr sites, I have decided on the niches for the first 6 of them and arranged for the keyword research to be done. I have also chosen the bonuses that I'll offer with the sites to make them even more attractive to buyers. So, I guess that's something, and I'm pretty happy with how the blogs will end up. I need to work out how to balance my time better between working on my own business and residual income, looking after my clients for immediate cash flow, and oh, that's right, I have two kids and a husband too, LOL. I don't think I'm the only one juggling that sort of thing though. Doesn't help that I'm currently fostering 3 puppies that were dumped in a phone booth at 5 weeks of age (some people are just horrid), and they wake very early. Sleep deprivation is a cruel torture, but they're such darlings.. |

Hello everyone, here is what I have done to date: 1) Wrote 2,897 words. Some will be used for content and some for syndication. 2) Studied one of my shiny new toys, so I am feeling smarter than I was a few days ago. 3) Got the proper hosting for my network. I now need to get it set up, install stuff and tweak it. It is amazing what a challenge can do to get you going. Thanks again Tiffany!! Next report in five days. Constance |

FINALLY!! Finally had a productive day yesterday, as well as another today. Even tho so far today Ive come nowhere near my original puny list I posted here, it's been quite productive and I will therefore count it as such. I found a terrific tip that is really going to help me. It's from Kim Roach. It also helps me with something I was struggling with a little with this challenge because it addresses the issue of my GOALS. She said each day, write down your top 3 things to accomplish today to move your business forward and then do those things first. My commitments here were to write at least one thing daily "for public consumption" and do something "to advance" whatever project I'm working on. That just didn't feel right to me, even tho there's nothing inherently "wrong" with it. But putting the focus on the 3 most important things to accomplish to move my business forward will mean each day's list will likely be different from the last and probably from every other list. It also makes it easier for me to see where I'm going and make progress in a directed way. It makes it easier to tie my activities to my ultimate GOALS for the year. And, it makes it harder to confuse activity with progress! LOL. As an aside, has anyone else discovered workflowy.com? I'm really enjoying it. I like mindmaping tools too (Freemind, for example) and have often used them as ToDo lists, but WorkFlowy is way cool. Very versatile and responsive. The only downside is you have to be on the internet to use it. |

Ok, I have been trying to figure out what I was going to do for 2012. I haven’t written in your WF yet because I haven’t figured out a lot of what I am doing. But, I know some of it: 1. Work on a product (bead patterns or PLR) at least 1-3 hours per week (this will usually be my bead patterns) and upload at least 1 product per day to my site 2. Articles for Squidoo – 1 article a week minimum 3. Create a group of Zazzle products from at least one photo per week. Now this seems doable. My problem is that I don’t know how I am going to set up my PLR site completely even though I have had it since your PLR challenge. I wanted to add something about affiliate pages but have very little idea about how I am going to do the affiliate pages. I know how to write blog posts for the pages but not how to set up the pages themselves. I have been studying various books and such trying to figure all of this stuff out. Ok, so far, I have 3 bead patterns uploaded but have been working on getting them ready to upload. This is day 5. I should have 5 of them uploaded. I might be able to upload 2 tonight to get me on track. I need to see about doing a Squidoo lens and get a photo with some Zazzle products under my belt in the next couple of days. |

Day 5 is complete. I did 1 PLR article and released my 5 pack on Mobile Marketing today. I did 1 big section of my next info product. I also wrote the reviews from a parent's perspective of two toys but with the kids' busy schedules, I won't be able to record their video portion showcasing the toys until the weekends, and then I guess I'll schedule posts to launch each day. Felt good to get all caught up! I also did the grocery shopping, cooked diinner, walked with my husband and watched a movie. Kinda had that song in my head, "I can bring home the bacon...fry it up in a pan..." lol |

Just checking in with what I have accomplished this week. Finally finished up my PLR package and released it as a WSO Exercise PLR. I have also done my ghostwriting for a client and need to do 5 more short articles today and that is completed. Making notes and ideas for my first Kindle Book. Plus have an outline for my next 5 articles for my PLR Store which I will finish writing up this afternoon to release on Monday. This week I am finding that I have been saying to myself I can do this alot. It has helped a lot with both my business goals and my personal goals. I have exercised everyday and watched what I am eating! Hope everyone else had a productive day. |
