Hi Tiff and all 365 Day Challengers, I have been following the challenge and feel good about it - absolutely amazing! I will be updating my progress for this challenge at my plr mastery blog. Some tips that I use to follow through with the challenge: 1. Follow my initial goal plan or tweak it along the way. 2. Read Tiffany Dow's emails about this challenge and reply when appropriate. 3. Update my progress here or at my plr mastery blog. 4. Tweet my daily or weekly tasks while I do them and when done - with hashtag #365C 5. Be a real slacker at first and just take action and go with the flow CONSISTENTLY. 6. Enjoy the process and journey.... This challenge could very well increase my productivity and results that would mean more success and more good rewards for this year 2012. Good luck to all - Go Go Go!!! |

Rearranging my 365-Day schedule tasks! Yesterday I spent allll day focused on family. So today I was going to double up but decided to do a little tweaking (it's okay to do this). Instead of having my previous tasks 7 days a week, I'm going to remove them from Saturday and Sunday and substitute them with 2 new tasks: 1. Create the next Branding Challenge PDF (a project I had put on the backburner) 2. Film the toy reviews with my kids so they have the week off from filming. Then Monday-Friday I resume with the usual tasks. Tiff |

So far this week, I am ahead of schedule on writing blog posts so I scheduled them in wordpress to drip out. Now, I can concentrate on the videos and get caught up on those. Also I read, watched and worked a little on learning apps. What I've found is my work mode can be adjusted based on what mode I'm in. In my writing mode, do enough blog posts that I have some ahead. Then I can concentrate on making videos on the days that I'm not doing blog posts. The app part is done a little each day. My daughters say, "I have a single processor mind" so this works for me. As long as I keep to what I said during any given week, my business will improve in 2012. |

Thanks Chi-Whiz. I went over to workflowy.com and I love it. It's exactly the way I write my lists. Love the way it expands and collapses. Now I won't have to have a cluttered desk with all my notes. I'll just keep that tab available in my browser and when an idea hits, I'll write it down. |

Hello all. I have had an under-productive week. But that could be attributed to the fact that it was my birthday yesterday, and I was on a vacation till 4th. Still, I have written a couple of blog posts for my blog (which, I think are awesome). I have also done a lot of reading over this week, and will be implementing some plans soon. Freelancing has been a little run down, but should be picking up things this week. Yay! Oh, I really like workflowy.com, just need to find a better way to organize my list (by day or by plans, overall, even if recurring). |

Hi All; My work update for the week: Got off to a great start wrote three new PLR pages, added several posts to my major sites and Facebook, did research for future postings, and set up my daily schedule for the next 9 days. Even though everything didn't get done, life got in the way, I know this has been one of the most productive weeks I've had in a good while. |

Blog Entries: 38 | Day 8 and Week 1 in Review: Hi everyone! I hope week 1 went well for you. I did a video summary of my week here: Day 8 on Vimeo however I'm going to summarize it here as well for you text preference people: Basically, what I said was this first week was full of gaffes for me! I had persona relationships at the forefront of my priority list, so work took a backseat and that's okay. I tweaked my schedule to be like this from now on: Monday-Friday: 1 PLR article 1 section of info product 1 product review Sat & Sun: 5 x Make the video reviews of upcoming product reviews w/my kids 1 x Create one new PDF to release each Monday for the Branding Challenge That works better and helps me not neglect other areas of my business. I had plenty of time for family and relaxing this week - and I think that's important. When I look at other people's lists, I wonder if they're doing too much - like someone setting up a blog per day (not post but blog). But only you know what you're capable of. Don't be afraid to tweak your schedule as we go or to not do stuff one day. It's not going to kill anyone if you have to put focus elsewhere for a little while. Just try to get the most out of these 365 days as possible and you'll be fine and probably be happy that you were far more productive than if you hadn't tried to get as many of the 365 days in as possible. I need a 12 step program! - my name is Audrey and I'm a distractaholic. Started week 2, and let me be the first to admit I was bitten by the loss of focus bug! I built myself a website. Not a plr one, but one I'm thinking about maybe keeping. That's not part of my plan and certainly not on my to do list. But gee I enjoyed doing it. But, I'm ploughing through the writing for my clients, and my offline business has been nominated for a national dog website award so I guess things are still moving forward, but just not the things that are on my list. By the end of the week I hope to have some plr sites up for sale. Watch this space. |

Hi Everyone, I am newly registered, although I've been reading for a while now. I am starting the challenge on Monday, "tomorrow," since its already so late. As for my business model, I figure since I am a freelance writer, have branched out from content sites by opening my website to clients, and even started a couple of blogs, I should probably sick to the writing business model for this challenge. I also think I want to try my hand at PLR too, as I've got a ton of pages of info that I've never used. So, I've added something along those lines as well. Whenever I write for a client, I find I usually have to cut down a ton of fluff during editing, and then I wind up with at least a page of info that I can't send the client, and the time I took to write it is wasted. I can't use it for anything else, but I figure that because a client ordered it, maybe it'll be useful someday, so I never delete it. I also figure maybe its time to dust off those files I spent so much time writing and put that writing to use by updating it and turning it into PLR products. Has anyone done this before? I mean, using old writing and turning it into PLR? If that won't work, or if there is a better way to start in the PLR business, are there any tips on how I could "break into" PLR writing? I appreciate any tips. OK, so here's what I am committing to in this challenge:

I am a freelance writer too, but haven't tried your method. Primarily because I work with business and technical clients, and when I edit my work, the 'wasted' part tends to be out-of-context for a normal post/article. BUT, it can work, and would be certainly interested in hearing/reading more about it. I know this is going off-topic, but how many clients do you have? Take care.

I didn't get chance to post on Sunday, but completed my challenge for last week. I have been thinking though and I feel that I need to tweak a bit as I am not always going to need 7 blog posts in a week and there may be weeks I need to concentrate more on backlinking... So what I have decided is to count each activity, such as 1 page of plr or 20 minutes backlinking, as a 'unit'. The aim is to complete 21 units each week (3 a day) which will be made up of a combination of plr articles/ blog posts/ backlinking and maybe any other important stuff that crops up. At the start of each week I will decide what I am going to aim for each week and review it the following Sunday. There are some impressive achievements on here already! |

Blog Entries: 38 | Day 10 I am on a roll now! I got EIGHT info product sections completed today (yesterday I had skipped that one portion). I got my PLR article completed. I got my product review finished. Just an FYI - my product review site is getting search traffic for every product I've released on it so far. And it's only been 1 days. My kids are ecstatic because they're helping with the reviews (toy niche). One thing I notice is that this is good "across the board" growth. I'm not used to it, previously focusing on one area over another - but it'll be good long-term. Hope you all get it in gear today! Nose to grindstone time! tiff |

So, far this has been a very slow week for me. I just posted my first blog post of the week on my IM blog (2 more to go), and I still need to get some post on my affiliate blog. I have been stuck in the planning phase this week. But working my way out.... |

Hi everyone, sounds like everyone is enjoying this challenge. Well, I came smack up against Mr. Real Life. So that lead to having to rearrange a few things and put off my study time, but I still managed to get another 3,400 words worth of content uploaded. As for getting the blogs started well let's just say sometimes you want to strangle the computer, but I have to remember it's not the computers fault ... on it's own it's not that smart. I have fixed the glitches and it is forward and onward but at a slower pace, that way you don't overlook a small, necessary step. So back to learning and writing. I will check in again in 5 days. I have written more pages of my current book than I expected to but I suspect that it is because I love the subject matter. I haven't yet put any of my books on Kindle - but I will. The backlinking and promo was done. However, I still spend too much time reading the blogs that I visit to comment on . Thank you for this thread. Off to get more done! Karen

Blog Entries: 38 | Day 11 Day 11 was yesterday but I'll check in this morning about it. I got a whole chapter of my info product done - can't even count the sections. I did another product review (on a toy that did not get a thumbs up from us). I didn't get my PLR article done but today I'm finishing 3 of them for release, so I'll be overdoing it anyway. Plan to get lots done today - after my daughter's play! tiff |

Blog Entries: 38 | Day 12 and 13 Okay so it's day 13 but here's what I did on day 12: I did my product review. I did my PLR page. I did my info product section. Today, day 13, I have a longer day to get things done so I did extra tasks first. Then I started in on my real tasks and did: 3 product reviews (go me!) 1 PLR page 1 info product section I'm finding I'm not panicked if I miss anything because I more than make up for it during the rest of the week and I'm staying pretty stable with my simultaneous growth. My product review site which I started this year with this challenge is being found for 23 keyword phrases. No sales yet. I've been building Squidoo lenses to drive traffic to the individual pages and that's working well, too. Google stops by to index daily and usually I'm getting search traffic the very next day from the product. My PLR is nicely planned out and sometimes I make extra progress on a pack. Today I'm releasing one on inflammatory diseases. I'm also working on some for a new PLR store I'm opening this year. My info product development is something I'm real proud of. And at the same time, I'm working on the plans to open a membership site in July 2012. Looking good! Tiff |

| Day 12 Released a free report/ebook. It went really well and I’m now just replying to the emails with the great feedback. I’m glad it went well. I didn’t write my article and review for day 12 because I knew that I had to release that report and so I had doubled up on Day 11 to make up for that. Loving the flexibility! Day 13 Today I finally managed to properly set up my affiliate site. It’s looking great and it’s all tweaked and ready to go but I haven’t added the content on yet. I’ve got a fair amount of content written to add so far but I’m going to add it slowly day by day so I’m not using up my “stock” of content all in one go! Today, I wrote an article for the site (I may use it for backlinking on Squidoo or something though) and I’ve also written another review for the site. As well as that I’ve written two articles which complete a PLR pack that I’m going to release sometime next week. Now, I’m just doing admin stuff for my other sites. I hope everyone is doing well! |

I hope everyone else has a productive AND relaxing day! |

What Puts Cash In Your Pocket Today or Tomorrow? 2. What Am I Doing That's Going To Pay Off Every Day Going Forward? 3. What Can I Do Today To Permanently Impact Someone's Business In A Positive Way Have a very productive week guys. |

I'm still trying to set a schedule around my "regular" work schedule (which varies day to day), and get focused. I think I will print out those questions (or something similar) to look at every night before bed, and when I get up in the morning. I've also gotten sidetracked by doing web work for a couple of friends, which took me away from my own sites, but at least it produced some money. Now to get back on track. Becky

Well, my challenges for the past week were to complete 10 pages of articles, which I did, write 3 blog posts, which I did, and complete 2 hour 20 minutes backlinking... think I fell short by about 40 minutes! It's amazing how much time the day job can suck up plus I am exercising a lot now and only have the evenings to exercise and work on my IM business... no excuses though!! I am away towards the end of this week and will have no computer access, so have scaled down things for this week. Tasks are; 4 more pages of articles to complete a pack Backlinking- 2 hours worth Back with a full quota next week! Have a great week everyone. |

Latest update. I've finished my client's writing, and have started a plr project - 2 articles done and 2 more will be finished tonight. I have a niche plr blog half done, but will have it finished by early next week. Then, I'll start on the next. I potentially have another two writing clients in the pipeline, so I'll hopefully have a combination of writing income and income from my own projects. I have written a guest post for my offline biz and had it posted on a relevant blog with some lovely backlinks. I have also negotiated to distribute a new product through my offline biz, which is really exciting. I plan on making my hair look a bit tidier and trying to find a bit of lipstick then doing a video review for my website to post on Monday. I'm enjoying this thread, it's great to see how productive everyone is :-) |

Just found this today (been busy getting the house ready for sale). I'm in - even though I'm 3 weeks late getting started. My plan is to use the next week to clear the decks and focus on what I want to achieve in 2012, then get cranking from Feb 1st. Thanks, Tiff! |

Hello everyone, how goes the battle? Sounds like we are all doing good so far. Okay, so I got off track again figuring out some tech stuff for my blogs. I'm now playing catch up with research and writing content ... I cannot believe that I actually have written over 12,000 words. No wonder my head hurts, but it could be just a lack of sleep. And learning the ins and outs of the new software I got is going to make this easier in the long run, so I'm plugging away at that too. But I'll tell you, I do wish that instructions would come with a " If you screw up ..Do this". So off and at them again, catch you all in another 5 days or so. Constance |

Checking in for the week! I have been really bad about getting the product reviews up. I made the videos with my kids, so maybe one day I'll go in and list all the blog posts - might even do some today. I keep forgetting about them. My site, by the way, since I forgot to list it here, is at Toy Test Drive: Welcome to Tiffany’s Toy Test Drive! if you want to see what I'm doing - everything on that site has been done since January 1st. My own site hasn't made sales YET but my lenses on Squidoo that have been created to point to them have made sales already. I HAVE been working overtime on my own info product and it's something I am very excited about, so I haven't minded lagging on the other part. It will be part of this: Confidence Class and so far, it's really exciting. Now the product itself is going to be very specific to IMers. I did get more PLR out than I thought I would, too. So far, in January, I've released the following packs: Niche Spy Secrets PLR: PLR Articles And Content By Tiffany Dow Self Assessment PLR: PLR Articles And Content By Tiffany Dow Mobile Marketing PLR: PLR Articles And Content By Tiffany Dow Inflammatory Diseases PLR: PLR Articles And Content By Tiffany Dow Electronic Cigarettes PLR: PLR Articles And Content By Tiffany Dow Irritable Bowel Syndrome PLR: PLR Articles And Content By Tiffany Dow Decorating PLR: PLR Articles And Content By Tiffany Dow Yeast Infection PLR: PLR Articles And Content By Tiffany Dow Ice Fishing PLR: PLR Articles And Content By Tiffany Dow And then I also released my first Resell PR Packs this year so far; Meatless Meals Blog Posts PLR: PLR Resell Content By Tiffany Dow The Benefits of Meatless Meals PLR Report: PLR Resell Content By Tiffany Dow So that's pretty good progress on the PLR! This weekend I'm continuing the 30 Day Branding Challenge task. I am on day 11 of that production. Once I finish the listings and get to day 30, I will properly launch the site since the minisite graphics have already been delivered, etc. Okay y'all keep churning out good stuff! Even if you join ate or abandon it and get back onboard the train, that's fine too! Today |

Wow, Tiff. Just looking at all that PLR that you completed this month makes my head spin. And January's not even over yet! I've sort of relaxed my tasks for the last few days while I write all this membership PLR. But, I do still have my list of tasks to complete and I'll catch up on those this week after a little rest! I keep forgetting to check in here so I'll do that more often! I hope everyone is well! |

I'm starting my 365 day challenge as of Jan 17. That's the day I purchased Ghostwriting Cash. I'm focusing on one thing - Ghostwriting, until I'm successful with it. My daily tasks aren't really knowable further than a week at a time right now. And I have my one week Update Week one - I purchased a domain name, set up a hosting account, installed wordpress, wrote my services description, added a payment button, wrote my sample articles and started posting in the WF. I've still got to edit the sample articles, which will be done before the end of today. Next up (this coming week) is getting more ghostwriting under my belt and getting some reviews for it. And thanks to everyone in this thread because it helps me remember we're all doing stuff at our own pace and for our own needs. I don't have to beat myself up if I'm not as prolific like Tiffany Dow or as successful as someone else. If I do what I need to do, right where I am, I'll get where I'm trying to go. |

I practically haven''t done any writing today. I'm going to double up tomorrow. I've had a lot of admin and email-replying and I also managed to finally launch my PLR membership site. I had a constant headache setting it up but it's well worth it! I hope everyone is well. Loving this challenge! It's keeping me on my toes!

I realized that I haven't updated here for a while so I though that I better check in. I've been cranking out the PLR on a regular basis and I've also started writing next month's membership content (I now need to come up with around 30,000 words of PLR content EVERY month for just that one project) so I'm doing a good job with keeping up with that. I'm also working on some PLR requests so that's also coming along. I've sort of neglected my own sites for the last week and I'm going to get back on track with that for the next week - I've already mapped out what I'm going to do for that and so it should be pretty easy to get around to it in the next few days now I've made my plans. I hope everyone is on track and doing well - January's almost over and we're nearly a month into the challenge! Only around 11 months to go so what we can get done in those next 11 months is going to be amazing! |

Tiffany, woot woot Just want to say way to get the thinkers thinking! I bought one of your ebooks a long time ago and it was about CLickbank, one of the best and easy to read items I invested in. Thanks for being so awesome. I've branched out more into blogging but I really need to focus on how to use this to make money. I'm giving away lots of free information so now it's time to focus on how to make something out of it. I'm off to think on this challenge. |
Cindy ------------------------ I am here to learn how to improve some of my blogs including Big Fat Daddy's BBQ and RetroChalet Plastic Dinnerware Site. Using Blogger and I'm still at the 1.0 level so anyone talking to me please break it down for me.

Way to go on a great reframe hravenrose
I finished the remainder of the initial work on the site. Completed and delivered four clients articles and got some wonderful feedback, which feels completely awesome. I finally created my first thread in the main section of the forum (scary stuff) and had one of my fears come true. I posted in the main section, which was the wrong section for what I posted and my thread got deleted before I even saw any replies. Now with the "fear" out of the way and I see I'm still standing, I'm working on the elance profile today and roaming more in Warrior Forum, like learning to search better and friending a few Warriors, along with learning about free targeted traffic, which in our case would be leads who want ghost written content. So this week's goal is again to get more ghost writing and editing under the belt and bid on at least 2 elance projects and (maybe) begin seeing traffic to the site. [StrikeOut]There is still one thing for this week I haven't done and didn't mention. If I get it done, I'll for sure update this thread (another large bit of fear is in front of me doing this thing.)[/Strikeout] I did it. It's live. Look in the WSO section for the title "100% Dedicated Employee ..." It's still scary but I DID IT!!!!! Of the three things for this week, most of my learning is going to focus on target traffic. It can't be that hard can it? I'm smiling about that statement because the one thing I know about hard is this: "It can be as hard or as easy as I choose to make it."

Working like a dog here! I am WAY off on growing all 3 levels simultaneously. I had to focus on my product so that's what I've been doing. I HAVE been working on my PLR too but the Amazon site just seems to lose to the back burner. I feel amazing though. Life's going well. I'm relaxed. I'm enjoying what I'm producing. Excited about the future the business is taking. LOVE it and at least I do know what needs to be done. After I wrap up my 30 Day Branding I may use my weekends to focus on the Amazon site more. tiff |

Well, today I've managed to get back to writing for my own sites. I managed 2 pages for that. I also write 4 pages of a PLR report and released a 20 PLR pack that I had been working on so I think I've managed to reach my goals for the day. Last day of January today! I should look back at everything that I've achieved over the first month of the challenge!

Wow everyone is doing so well!! The week has got off to a slow start for me due to being ill, but here's what I intend to accomplish this week... Finish PLR pack and put onto site, write sales copy and autoresponder broadcast. 10 blog posts 1 hour 40 minutes back linking. Hope everyone continues to have a productive week! I must admit I have accomplished far more in January thanks to the challenge than I would have done without it! |

[QUOTE=princecapri;5384057]Hello all. I have had an under-productive week. But that could be attributed to the fact that it was my birthday yesterday, and I was on a vacation till 4th. Happy birthday delayed. Well I am one month late getting onto this, finding it late at night. I am going to let it percolate overnight and come back. Tiffany |

Okay, back - still percolating. Thoughts - I don't want to promise anything yet because I don't want to make promises I cannot keep - especially to myself. This year I will continue with Squidoo- and make it profitable - I will also learn more about using it as backlinking to my sites. I know it is not the easiest way to make money, but I do know something about it, so I will continue until I make it sing a bit. I will continue looking at the sites that I have created and see what I can do with them. I have been backing away from them for some - probably poor self-esteem related reason. Meeting with a friend tomorrow - will work on checking out our WSO's on Kindle. Whenever we are together we have a profitable time. By the way, I have linked out to quite a few people from this thread. Really high quality of content - I actually learned stuff, and I didn't feel like I was being sold something every minute. I am going to go to bed earlier and get up tomorrow to work. Not my inclination but I get more done and don't feel so miserable. PS - And oh! This is important! I have promised myself again that I will buy a Dragon as soon as possible, I need this to save my wrists as I write. |

So far this month, I have been focused on launching my PLR store, which I finally did today. I will now spend the rest of the month using several different traffic generation method to build my list and traffic to my new site.
