OnlyWire.com--Can Anyone Give Me Feedback On This?

The price for those who want to use it for multiple websites seems a bit steep--can anyone tell me about their results or give other recommendations?

Cheers,
James

I am just using Free subscription and it works! It delivers nearly 40 social media websites.

Similarly I use to use Onlywire but now I dont use it anymore though. But yes the free one works fine. The submission process does take sometime though.

    Hi James,

I am in a similar situation to yours. I think Onlywire is great but I agree with you that their multisite option seems overpriced.

I am looking at SocialAdr at the moment and wondering if I might be able to induce some sort of self-pollination.

    Cheers,

    Steve

By it works, I take it means you saw a good increase in traffic via those links, or did you just notice your site ranking a lot better? Thanks for chipping in.

Good point. Do you think it's even worth the time though, as most are no-follow? I've heard some people say that even no-follow makes a difference, so I suppose it's more about the link-juice than the traffic, eh?

    Thanks,

I use ping.fm it gives me plenty of social sites to post to, plus the ability to add others manually.

I've used the free version and it works like a charm. Haven't found anything better yet!

Used to be really good but now it costs to get any real use out of it. I run Onlywire for the first week of each month until they freeze my account for the other three weeks because I have used all the free credits.

I now use HelloTxt, Ping.fm, PixelPipe, and the free version of SocialAdr for bookmarking. I have all the social networks on a spread sheet with which service I am using to get bookmarks onto them.

Agreed with you Steve. Only wire is popular but it is not really spectacular. make use of their free service first to see if it works for you or not.

I only use socialadr, ping.fm and pixelpipe today. Free but it works like charms.

I have an Onlywire.com account. It is quite tiring to create logins for all social bookmarking sites but with OW, you 'think' your work ends there !

This is not true at all - In fact, it piles up Grrr. Most links / auto bookmarks never work and its a headache to do manual bookmarking - as well all know.

Members asked how I get benifited using Onlywire? Answer is my sites get indexed very quickly to search engines. especially Google. Onlywire submits to facebook, digg, stumbleupon, Mixx, juptag etc. and these all sites are leading sites. I think that is why it does not matter whether the links are do-follow or no-follow.

Onlywire has its limitations and I don't use it for all the sites I could because not everything works. I still do several manually to get better results. I just got an eMail from them mentioning that the monthly price has gone down to $10, but I'm not convinced it's worth it given the limitations.

Social Poster has been useful. You still have to set up the accounts, but it has more than OnlyWire. It basically opens a frame where you sign in to each account and it posts for you which gives you more flexibility, which is nice.

Jeff Herring has started using HootSuite, which he says takes care of everything. That's only $6 per month and looks good. I haven't tried it out yet, but am thinking about it. The price sounds good and if it does what he says, then it would be worth it.
