What is the easiest and cheapest way to add a members only area into my Weebly website?

I am looking to sell a package that includes an ebook and 5 tutorial videos for $25, followed by a monthly subscription of $10 which includes 2 tutorital videos every month.

I want to get paid via Paypal. Also, does Paypal allow large payments every month, i.e. say I had 1000 members, making me $10,000 a month, is that allowed in Paypal?

      I get what you're saying, but how would I be 'taken advantage of' by not learning to code. Realistically, I don't have time to learn how to code all the complex stuff. I just want something I can 'plug in' to my site and get up and running as quickly and easily as possible. Thanks.
