Free Statcounter Still Better Than Google Analytics?

I think. Considering the fact that with Statcounter you
can see the search terms AND the exact pages they found
on your site. But with Google Analytics you only see
the search terms but NOT also the exact pages that the
search terms lead to.

Or am I wrong?

With statcounter's results you can work to improve the
particular page that the search term leads to. It will be
interesting if Google Analytics does this too.

Or does your cpanel webstats?

  • cpanel webstats and statcounter stats show completely different stats for me anyway.Which one is right?

    • statcounter is the right one. The cpanel stats considers number of http requests which is not always the same as number of hits.

And comparing statcounter and analytics - analytics stands best because it is free and can track any number of hits, but statcounter is limited in free version.

Looking into the user friendliness and presentation, I love statcounter. Statcounter is what I login regularly, but I just get analytics update mail to my inbox and I don't login regularly.

I love statcounter the most just hate them limiting to 500 hits.
