They have pre-made templates, which might or might not serve your purpose. Also, once you go in, you'll notice that they charge a lot more than $5 by using the add-ons.

I once tried to buy whiteboard animation videos from Fiverr, and I noticed that the guy was charging extra for pretty much everything, which brought the total charge to way more than $5. It's misleading, in my opinion.

I ended up buying from Odesk. I've always preferred it, but I heard someone say you can get them done for cheap on Fiverr. Apparently not.

You get all kinds of bids on Odesk, from thousands to hundreds of dollars. Choose the one that's within your budget. There are plenty of skilled providers who offer their services for very affordable prices in there.

The $5.00 price is just a teaser to hook you into a basic service. If you want anything more relevant or specific to your product or services, you'll end up paying more. But, then again maybe that will work for you if the person can actually deliver the results you want.

There are lots of whiteboard templates and animation software to choose from see VideoMaker FX, load a variety of pages where you can tweak or modify. It is a versatile program especially to start off with! And it is cheap.

I've seen promotions a couple of times recently for a free Whiteboard Animation Wordpress plugin. I've downloaded it, but haven't yet got around to actually installing it and trying it out, so I don't have a clue how good it may be.

Same as anything else, people can charge a premium rate if they have a good sales pitch. The software isn't that expensive and the videos are easy to make.

It's easy to make them yourself, but, like anything else, their quality will depend on the amount of effort and imagination you put into them.

Allow yourself a little time to get used to using the software and SVG vector graphics.

The first, and probably still the best is Sparkol's VideoScribe. They offer a seven day trial and then you can pay a monthly, or annual subscription:-

Most fiverr sellers use software to create the videos - and as others have said, end up costing way more than $5. I'd hazard a guess that the $5,000 videos are created by a real person using a real marker on a real whiteboard, and shot using a video camera.

they're charging $5 because all of them will basically just look the same (different text), and it will only be 30 seconds long... if you want it more customized, you need to get the add-ons

i purchased a explaindeo from fiver...its working fine..it can make video of any lenghts...it comes perloded with some slides..some svg...a few characters n signs....some music.

if u nd more u can get it from the internet or from market.

Several people pay a small monthly fee to utilize a site that gives almost an instant template for creating these whiteboards. It doesn't take too long to make them, especially if the videos the Fiverr people are offering are less than 30 seconds or so.

It depends on your purpose, if it is just to create some backlinks , yes that $5 thing would work , but if you need it for your product promo, then you might have to add up another 40-60$ extra GIGS .. If it is for some TV Commercials you might have to get hold of someone outside fiverr.

We do whiteboard animations for TV commercials - Comcast and charge $799 for 30 seconds.

I use Video scribe and its great, much better than some of the cheapies which I tried previously.
I sell on fiverr.com and do NOT produce crap or template videos.
To produce a quality video it takes a hell of a lot of time and guess what - I sell videos costing up to $120 on fiverr !!

When I google white board animations prices range about $5,000 or more. Can some explain to me how people on Fiverr are charging only $5???

I recently posted for video production. The finished product is 6 minutes. One guy said it would take an hour of video and the price would be at least $250.

I got an excellent (6 minute) video for $25.

It depends on who you are dealing with.

The reason they charge so much is because they target people that don't know you can easily make them yourself. Plus if they are a really good copywriter they are also charging you for that. Most of the Fiverr gigs require you give them the script, and don't provide you the voice over.

This is what I would do. I would order one of the programs to create it myself and create the slides. Then I would send it to a voice-over creator on Fiverr. Those are relative cheap if you look around. It will be much cheaper, they aren't $5 on Fiverr.

As most people have mentioned 5 $ is only a bait and when you bite the upselling begins...

But also a big part is the quality and customisation you get. Most people on Fiverr use a software called VideoScribe. It is an easy to use drag and drop solutions and comes with clipart gallery you can use (you could learnt to use it within an hour or so it is super easy!) Most Fiverr provider will only use these cliparts and not bother to create custom graphics for you.

The real deal is made with After Effects which is more expensive and way harder to master. So it will take significantly more time to make your whiteboard video but most real expensive provider will make your very own video from scratch according to your needs.

You seriously paid $250 for this video? It's of concern. It also appears to have a very low view count on youtube, so not only did you overpay for it, you also got little use out of it. As a professional copywriter and content creator the only value in content is that which can be quantified. so for you to say this was well worth it - it must mean you earned back much more than the $250 you spent?

The animation is very poor. I think you massively overspent for this, and I've made dozens of whiteboards over the years both for my own projects, and for clients. It really bums me out to see somebody so massively overspend for what likely amounted to something that returned negligible if any true value.

the answer is very simple:

they use template or they offer only basic service, which means
you may have not a well done service or
they ask you more money

However the final result could be good fot you,
so my suggest is to inform aboute their service before buy.

If you are not pleased by what you see, you could try diffrent alternatives as odesk,
or ou could try to make a video by yourself using a software or template.

Very good question. Actually if one do this work by himself, there will no any cost. Only need some times. But if he buy a gigs on FIVERR, he may need to spend $5, but the original worker of Fiverr, will get $4. One person cost $5, then he will keep this file on a HOST, he must be charged for Domain. Then he may need some advertisement. Finally he must be profitable. So if you buy from any site, the rate will be so big. Thanks.
