Best CRM and Project Management Tool

Hi

We are using zoho as CRM... quote roller for quotations .. zoho invoices for sending invoices.. and project management as basecamp for web designing business. This is too much scattered data and too much cost.

What do you advice or use for web design business so we can have data at one place with restricted access to account managers.
