Hello Warriors!

This is my first thread, sorry if I posted in the wrong place!

Here it is, I have a top seller account on fiverr, I average 3k and 4k every month on fiverr, my question is, do you guys have any idea how can I hire someone to not only help me on my gig but I want also to hire different freelancers for different new gigs that I will post.

I did tried Odesk and freelancer but it seems that no one want to work full time for a fixed price just per project, thank you everyone for the help!

Have you checked out onlinejobs.ph? Its where you can hire virtual assistants. I've hired there before and workers there are looking for full-time jobs at fixed rates. You can get good assistants for $375+ a month. Hope this helps. Oh by the way, I forgot, they do charge a monthly fee for their service.

If you can earn 3k or, 4k per months, I am sure you are an expert & talent freelancer. I think you are willing to hire a freelancer for monthly basis. Of course you will be able to hire any freelancer, there is no doubt. But in this case you must fixed Salary & Time. One of my friends who is working as a monthly basis worker. His rate is $500 per months & he will spend 6 hours per day. Thanks.

It would help greatly if you gave an idea of the type of skills you are seeking.

I'm pretty sure that once you have a successful project or three with someone whose talents meet your needs, that they'd be more than happy to consider alternate approaches. I have both hired and been hired for work that starts off tiny and eventually grows into far larger projects.

You can hire someone for $250 a month using Craigslist ads in the Philippines and India. No need to pay extra for a middleman since you'll be training them yourself anyway.

MTurk is great for very, very tiny jobs, but it's probably not the right venue for what you are describing. In addition to the size issue, there's less opportunity to develop a relationship with the workers, which is what you seem to want. (It's been quite a while since I've used that platform, so forgive me if that aspect has changed.)

You might as well post an opening at some Employment website, I think you could find a designer anywhere in the world! Just mention it's an online job and interview people over skype.

You can even do it in my country (Georgia), labor is damn cheap here but it's one of the top educated countries in the world (no kidding see here )

jobs.ge and hr.ge are largest portals here.

Based on what you said here, looks like Staff.com is the way to go.

They have full time remote workers as opposed to the contract (or per project) workers of oDesk and Elance.

That seems to fit what you are looking for.

Hi Zeto, I'd really be interested in the opportunity to work full time on a fixed income! I'll pm you and hopefully we can discuss the work that you're in need of outsourcing and the details. Thanks!

Freelancer is the worlds largest marketplace, however be sure to know how to outsource your work in the right way (outsource requires education)

Philippian workers. There is a site I have written down somewhere but you can train them to do what you do and the pay is like 10 or 20 dollars per day for them. The mindset is a little different than your average broke American as well so they will do a very good job.

As far as I know the Upwork/ Freelancer/ Fiverr, there are many worker is available more than the real job. If there is one job posted in the Upwork, around 50 worker will apply for the job. I think you posted the job description in the wrong category. So the real worker did not get your job description. It is really important to choose the right job category. Thanks for your advance.

First off Congrats on all the Fiverr success! That's AWESOME! What it sounds like you need is a virtual assistant! These are way more affordable and you can train them to do whatever it is you need done!

I hope that helps and good luck!
