I just bought Yogapants.com - What would you do with it?

INTERNET MARKETING

I plan on sitting on it until I sell my current B&M company.
Eventually, I will create my own line of yoga pants and fitness apparel.
Until then, I'd like to put up some sort of easy to run cash flow system.
Maybe an EPN niche store or affiliate site with loads of SEO content.

I figure that with such a key word rich domain, and the right SEO in place, I should be able to creep up to the first page pretty quick

anyone have suggestions?

That's funny OP, because yogapants.com's home page says the site is for sale for over $2 million.

Or, I suppose if you wanted to, you could simply use a bit of deductive reasoning, and piece together the fact that I put the domain name up for sale again, the second I bought it.

That is kind of the idea.
Once I sell my current B&M I'll grow yogapants.com in to a real company.
My plan is to build our own 10k sf warehouse with a gym and yoga studio on property offering free yoga to the community.
We would hire a designer and source fabrics from china or india, and find a build house in the LA fashion district to manufacture the products.

For now though, I have other interests.
But since Yogapants.com is such a hot name, I want to take advantage of it and bring in some extra revenue.

Do you have other EPN sites - and how are they doing?

If you're thinking long-term for a future product I'd be careful about short-term affiliate sites Google does not always appreciate.

I currently bring in about $1500 /mo through epn via a couple of sites.
Used to be more before ebay changed things last year

Yoga pants, are they in fashion?

I would create yoga related articles, create an email course on the right yoga techniques and build a list. Then you can promote any yoga related products including pants.

I would put up pictures of girls butts in yoga pants. Add new pics every week and then pull the bait and switch and start selling yoga pants.
