Onlywire is crashing my vps

Hi guys,

Recently i have ordered a VPS to host 7-8 websites, the vps is a SSD vps with 30GB 1 core and 2GB ram, only one of my sites has a great amount traffic about 20k uniques per day and the vps works fine with this load of traffic. When i try to use only wire to Syndicate 10 posts per hour only to twitter after 1 or 2 hours of starting syndicating the vps stops working, still online but all the websites are down!

My hosting told me it was an overload of resources, is onlywire so much resources intensive?

Have you contact your vps provider and tell them the issue?

  Yeah I have talked with them but they have told me that "something" consumed too many resources and suggested to upgrade to an higher plan if that starts to happen again.
  
  Normally I have an average load balance of the last 15 minutes of 0.25 to 0.40 , yeah I could upgrade but I think I will be upgrading blindingly and I like to understand why these things happen.
  
  I was wondering if who uses only wire also notices this problem?

My experience with servers is that it's not good to mix apples and carrots. The smaller number of application running, the better it is.

You can try a second VPN for a while and see if there is a difference.
