Have idea to create AD network. Need your opinion
I have some thoughts to create browser plugins mechanism which will replace google/yahoo SERP on user's PC by my own text and URL (with affiliate URLs of course).
And my question is NOT about technical side or its distribution, question is about it's legal side.
If user will install my toolbar and check the box under agreement which say "This toolbar can change your search results..." - can it be positioned as 100% legal way? Or search engines still can blaim me in any illegal approaches?
I think to make solid system and sell ads, and be completely clear with customers at result and I don't want to worry about potential legal issues with my work.
What would be your thoughts about that?
