Can The Amazon Affiliate Program Terminate Your Account Without Letting You Know?
Hey everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if the Amazon Affiliate Program can terminate your affiliate account and not even tell you that's what they've done??
I've been an amazon affiliate UK for about a year and have made some money with them and not had any problems up until now. In short, I can't log in and haven't been able to for well over a week now. I've tried different browsers, changing my password and of course contacting amazon. I've emailed twice to be completely ignored. The exact message i'm getting when I try to log in is this:
"The e-mail address and password you are using are not connected to an Associates account. If your Associates e-mail address or password is different from the one used with your Amazon.com customer account, please log in here. If you still have problems logging in, please contact us."
Furthermore, they paid me 30 quid last month even though I thought the rules were that you had to earn over 50 to recieve anything. So of course Im highly suspicious they have terminated my account, but why wouldn't they just tell me rather than ignoring me when I've contacted them twice??
As an affiliate newbie I have no idea what to do next. Should I keep pestering them, complain or take down my current amazon affiliate links? Any advice would be great, thank you in advance!
