Links in PDFs not working

Of late the links in any PDF I download do not work. Tried both Adobe and Foxit. Same result. Windows 7.
Any thoughts on this?

    Here's a few solutions that you can use:

    1. Ask your friend to download the PDF and try the link
    2. Try Downloading the PDF to your Mobile and see if the link works
    3. Disable your Anti Virus and try the link (Try at your own Risk)

    It might be the security settings on your computer that's causing the links to malfunction

      For some strange reason the links are now working. I have no idea why.
      Must have been a disturbance in the force.
