Hi Warriors,
Just wanted to share with you some tips and motivation for any newbies or experienced marketers who want to add an addtional income stream.

I signed up at Fiverr 2 months ago and within 2 months I am a level 2 seller and have made over $1000 in sales from just 2 gigs listed there and most are repeat buyers paying an average of $25 per gig not $5.

I wanted to share with you why I like Fiverr and how any marketer can gain from there

- Easy to list your services there
- ITS FREE!
- Fiverr gives special extra promotion to new sellers to get you a boost
- Easy to upgrade orders to clients
- You can now send custom orders to clients for a value of up to $10,000 per order
- Fiverr gets you traffic so you don't have to worry about promoting gigs, SEO, etc
- Buyer Requests means you can see what clients are looking for

Some tips on getting more money
- Deliver quickly and provide quality services
- Upsell clients with gig extras
- Communicate quickly and respond to messages
- Be polite and give excellent customer service
- Be patient don't expect results first day
- Log in everyday and interact with buyers on the forum

Hope this helps any newbies out there who are looking for an income stream but don't know how or where to get started.

I think its not just set and forget as I said above. It takes a while to get orders but once you have feedback and repeat customers the sky is the limit.

    Congratulations!

Thanks for the general advice and tips.

I have tried selling on Fiverr in the past, with no success. But at least one try was due to poor execution and a crazy idea. With my failed tries in mind, here are two quick questions for you:
    1) Did you pay to boost your gigs?
    2) What niche are you in? Feel free to share your gig if you'd like.

      1) No I didn't pay. In fact there is no option to pay to boost gigs in Fiverr.
      2) Social Media Management is my best selling service there. I offer daily services but upsell to weekly and monthly jobs which is where most of my repeat customers come from.

I also offer an infographic service there which is now gaining order every day.

I believe that by providing excellent customer service and speedy and quality delivery anyone can be successful there. It just takes time and consistancy.

Thanks for the replies! I am quite sure there used to be an option to play for more exposure. I see that that option is gone. Nice to know. I might just have to try again now!

Yeah adding Gig extras is a great way to build up your income there.

Fast delivery and also following up with customers is a good way to get more business.

I try to follow up with old enquiries each week to see if they are still interested. I find a little nudge can really boost my sales.

I would like to add a little more from my experience, please see bellow:

    1. You should not get enough order until reach label 2
    2. Try promoting your gigs from same service provider on fiverr
    3. Use social media promoter from fiverr to promote your gig
    4. Offer something different from the top rated seller
