Can´t get Getresponse web form in the center of page with Kompozer..

Hi,

I am trying to do a squeeze page with Kompozer, but when I insert Getresponse opt-in box html code, I in no way can align it in center. I highlighted the opt-in box and then the whole body of page when aligning center, but it does not go to center, text goes, but opt-in box does not.. I had no such problem with Aweber or iContact.. Any experience or advice?

Thanks!

I got the problem already solved myself, I inserted a table with border of 0 pixels in Kompozer, aligned table in center and pasted autoresponder html code into table, now the opt-in box is in center.

    Have a good day!

Well done. Another way I often use is to simply put it all in a div container, eg. <div align="center">anything that needs aligning in here</div>

Exactly - it helps to know at least the basics of html. Just a bit of knowledge such as how to "center" will speed your site building in Komposer and avoid a lot of frustration.

Good place to start or to look up what you need:

If you know nothing about HTML, this is where you start

You don't have to put everything in a div container. The center tag is a stand alone element so you can just apply the center tag as follows...

        <center><form>Getresponse</form></center>

This will center everything between the opening and closing center tags.

Both methods will do the job.

I used get response several years ago and when I had any type of issue or question I had great results contacting their support.
