did anyone try namecheap VPS/dedicated servers?

Did you try namecheap VPS or dedicated server services from NameCheap? What's your opinion on them.
I am now using one of their shared packages, but I will launch soon my own digital product and I know the site will grow fast so I will need a proper hosting for it, but I want to use it from now if I can.
I looked for VPS and found great info on digitalocean.com but as i have no clue in managing a VPS, I will pass it.
