I've been using Technorati, but their CPM is very low. Sovrn has been messaging me trying to get me onboard. Is Sovrn any good?

I'm not surprised about Technorati's CPM rates being low.

Unless you get nice niche vertical traffic, expect low CPM rates across the board.

Personally, I'd focus on per click models.
