Can I Configure The WF To Send Me Alerts?

I've been searching threads but can't find anything about this...

Can I configure the WF to alert me (via email, PM, etc.) when
a post is made regarding certain keywords?

I'm familiar with Google alerts, just wondering if the WF has
its own nifty alert feature

    I don't think it does, but Google Alerts is still fairly nippy if set up right.
