    I've used Bluehost for several years now and they are terrific! The features they offer equal or exceed their competitors, and their rates are low. But, the thing that has me absolutely "sold" on them is their customer service. It is available 24/7 and is the best I have ever found. I never have had any trouble getting through and every tech support person I have ever talked to has been very friendly, knowledgeable and has known exactly what to do do solve my problem without putting me on hold or sending me somewhere else.

    I highly recommend them.

      Ditto on Bluehost. Have only needed to use their 24/7 support a couple of times and each time, the tech support person (spoke English) was very knowledgeable of my issue, fixed my stuff and that was that. As a matter of fact, one time I loaded a new WP plug-in that spooked my site, the tech support guy went in and copied my plug-in folder, renamed it, and I was back up in 3 minutes. For < $7 month, its a steal. Nike = Just do it!

    I've used Bluehost for over a year now with no issues. The only thing i don't like is no reseller hosting option. Other than that no problems at all.

    Their shared servers get overloaded sometimes. When that happens it usually takes an hour or so to get it resolved - meanwhile your site will be slow to the point of not loading the pages. Other than that they a lot of nice features available to webmasters and overall they are one of the better hosting companies for the price.

    Between Bluehost and Hostgator I actually prefer Bluehost slightly--I found their chat help to be more user friendly than I have Hostgator.

      is great host their have very limit unsatisfied customers and good rating, no hosting company have 100% satisfied customers different people different brain and ego, so for me bluehost still one best hosting.

    I'll add my voice to the chorus. I started using them when I set up my first site because a trusted friend recommended them.

    Their support is great!

    If you don't need reseller hosting, I think you'll be happy with Bluehost.

      I use Bluehost and Hostgator. Both are very good but if I had to give an edge it would go to Bluehost. I like their domain management on cpanel and the use of Simple Scripts for Wordpress installs.

    If you are looking for best bang for the buck, I think justhost.com is the winner. Prepaid for as low as $2.95/month.

    You might also get a special deal if you try to leave.

    If you want reseller hosting so you get a CPanel control panel for each domain you setup, whether you resell or use them all yourself, hostgator.
