I want to open an Amazon seller account in Italy where I live ; I want to sell some products I sourced from a local

I dint think I will sell more than 10K.
Do I need a business license to open a seller account?

Does sellers in USA all have a business license, insurance liability etc when they open an Amazon seller account?
