Differences in records of the two tracking programs: HyperTracker vs. Pretty link

Hi everyone,
I am doing swap with my partner and I don't understand why the clicks number displaying in my Hypertracker is different to clicks number as shown in my partner's Pretty Link.
Could anybody here give me some advice?

    This is not uncommon and there are several reasons why that happens. That is one of the reasons for always sending 10% or so over just to compensate. Here a link that explain some of the reasons why. http://www.clickmagick.com/info/stats/
