Hey gang, I have a quick question for y'all. Not long ago, it was possible to easily access overseas workers able and willing to work for relative peanuts (due to currency exchange rates &| cost of living differences) with little research & less hassle. Unfortunately, times have changed and the most readily available sources of inexpensive overseas workers have dried up. Even given language and cultural barriers, if you have the sense God gave a horse, you can very simply explain what you need an employee to do using step-by-step instructions, including screenshots (it doesn't hurt to have a bit of a programming background, I do confess: providing job instructions is significantly easier than writing and implementing a bug-free algorithm).

Verbose explanatory matter aside, here's the question, gang:
Where do you find overseas workers willing to work for peanuts?
Thanks in advance.
