Your OWN funnel or a READY MADE one!

I have been starting to create a huge funnel for 2017, which is having really good results.

But just wondering, the best way to make money online is to create leads, and have them run through a funnel....

However some people think, ready made funnels are chitty, where as I have found them to be sometimes, just as good as my funnels, if not, sometimes even better.

What are you thoughts....

1) Create your own funnel for a product

OR...

2) Use the funnel your affiliate program has already ready to go

Thoughts??

The answer is two pronged. If you create your own funnel from scratch, you will have to tweak, test and optimize before the funnel becomes profitable. This takes both time and money from you, but can be more effective in the long run.

Second option, you could use the one your affiliate program has in place already. The good thing about this one is that it's been tweaked and proven to convert, and you can start driving good number of traffic to it ASAP without testing things out in small scales.

But the downside is that thousands of other lazy affiliates will start promoting using the same funnel in no distant time and this means that this funnel can be effective only for a short period of time until it gets saturated in the marketing space.

There you have it. YOu decide which route to take.

Good luck with your campaigns and funnel

And I'd like to add to this.

      You could do both.

Take the funnel the affiliate offer gives you, start making money and prove it's something you can profit off of, THEN start the development of your own funnel using the affiliate one as a control to beat.

I create and optimize all my own stuff. Yeah the funnels you get are tested and convert but the hotter the offer the more it will go down in the long run unless you separate yourself from the competition with your own funnel...

Its a skill that needs to be learn but I feel its the ultimate way to survive online.

IMO always split test and find out what works best. If a pre built funnel is available then still build your own and split test and let the results tell you what's better for you.

I agree with those (Ike, Al, Matthew, and YourBizAid) who said "Use both"! You can also use your own opt-in page and THEN plug in the affiliate funnel.

And yes, keep experimenting and testing. And keep adding funnels too.
