Legit ways to make money online (other than affiliate marketing)

Hi guys,

Mike here, I'm new to Warrior forum and have been an online marketer for the best part of 10 years part time. I've now gone full time and in the middle of writing a book to help like minded people successfully succeed online with little or no investment.
All advice considered please?

          Very interesting! Funnily enough I used to play WOW and looked into Gold selling but wanted wealth and didn't think selling WOW gold would help get me there.I wanted 7 figures by the end of the year so worked with Your Money Site to try and find lucrative ways to build wealth. I'm going to look into the WOW Gold though and I will contact you as writting an in depth blog about this would be worth while if it brings in good money. My customers are always on the lookout for ways to make money so this might be a cool one for game players. Cheers dude!

    Flipping websites has been a very good alternative for me for past 9 years. You can start with less than $50. I made $800 with the 1st website I sold in 2008 and I invested less than $30.

      i have a budget of $200 to start domain name flipping business. but, i have these two main concerns on my mind :

      1) how to select the best/profitable domains
      2) how to get clients to buy domains from my portfolio on a monthly basis.

    If you do not want to do affiliate marketing there is always adsense.

    You can do it on blogger or you can buy hosting, get a domain, start writing some solid content, and then when your site has some solid content, apply for google adsense.

    Then there is always the option of being a freelance writer

    It's quite surprising that you're asking for "Legit ways to make money online" since you should be quite familiar with the many ways people are profiting by working online after 10 years in this industry.

    You know there are thousands of different ways to make money and as long as they're honest, legal, and ethical, to me at least, they are "legit."

      Online marketing is not too tough anyone can do online marketing and if you have to learn it you can learn affiliate marketing by watching you tube videos it is the simplest and best way to learn.There you can get to learn everything about online marketing, affiliate marketing,etc.

        Online marketing is not too tough anyone can do online marketing and if you have to learn it you can learn affiliate marketing by watching you tube videos it is the simplest and best way to learn.
        Online marketing is certainly not too tough, but you have to keep a tag of search engine updates based on their algorithms. Search engines have always preferred natural links to content-based pages over all other things. The Panda Update has developed search engine ranks by pulling up high quality sites based on content.

    The free make money niche has always worked well for me. A lot of people are always looking for free ways to earn. Freelancing is another great way to earn online. There are also a lot of full time telecommuters who work customer service and a variety of other positions.

    Spreadshirt is pretty cool, i've been using it for a few years now with decent results.

    Also, can't forget about how much some people make from YouTube ads, definitely would take a lot of work up front but if you got a good channel going i'm sure theres money to be made.

      please, i am equally working hard on making money with youtube partner network. but please, my main challenge at the moment is getting views on my videos.

      i am in the health and beauty niche. just started last week. but, the views i am getting is just too ridiculous.

      please, what is your recommendation for me to get more views on my youtube videos.

      i had keyword my title, tags and have a long discription. and do share my videos on social medias, yet i am not getting enough views.

        YouTube views do take a while. You have to stick at it and share and make as many videos as you can. If you have any funds you can advertise. Websites like Promolta or an exchange website which is free to get more views?

      EBay is where I started! I got a bit annoyed with customers after a while which is why I moved over to Affiliate sales, but this was by far the best and fastest way to make money online when I started. Thank you very much.

    In my view you can use domain reselling business buy some short and nice name domains and sell them with reasonable rates. in starting its confusing but with time you'll know how to dig gold.

    I like Ecommerce and Information Marketing but there are plenty of people making money with just a webcam.

    ASMR is one of the those things that you can start out small and add equipment as you go. It tends to work along the donation route but much like some of the other webcam type services and there are probably plenty of deals going on behind the scenes.

      I've dabled with Forex, Spread betting and Binary and also mention this in the book. I know the potential is huge but for me it's not the best way. But

    Most of the people are using social media to earn. There are networks like Mylikes, Viralaux, Twilike which let you earn good money by sharing the links.

    Apart from that you can also try freelancing and keep working on mini projects.

    If you can write half decent or know someone who can ( with Arbitrage) you can make it a full time income.

    1. Ensure you have that book properly edited and proofread by a professional. You can't edit yourself. Having another one or two sets of eyes on that manuscript, helping you to polish it, will make a world of difference in how professional your end result is. In a world where millions of books are being published every year all over the world, it's that kind of attention to detail that makes all the difference and helps you to stand out among the rest.

    2. Get your book reviewed! A great review is gold for a new author. It is another one of those differentiators that will help you stand out among the rest and sell more copies.

But, if you want to focus on writing eBooks for aspiring IMers, I guess you should find a way to explain things in a detailed manner, as well as show true-to-life scenarios. These are what people are really looking for.

    1) Make a list of things you love to do
    2) Research all the digital products that teach one
    3) Download the free ones and make a feature list of the paid ones
    4) If you can afford it buy the best rated paid ones
    5) Use this info to create an outline
    6) Put the meat on the bones
    7) Put it on JVZoo

    If you have photography skills, you can take pictures and sell them. Shutterstock will pay you each time someone downloads your image.

    I like the idea of selling ebooks. Especially those that actually try to add value or unique perspective to a topic. There's something so pure about writing and selling it.

    That said, affiliate links to good sites inside unique content are just as legit. I probably buy something from an affiliate link to amazon once a month minimum.

    I am bit surprised no one suggested managing social media pages for brands. That can be huge money make if you get contracted with big brands or celebrity. Moreover the work is also very less. You need to have decent social marketing experience to get these types of jobs.

    If you're making money on youtube, you might also want to look into making money on Instagram selling photos. You can also get into marketing your work using Pinterest where a lot of traffic can be driven to your site. More traffic means more opportunity.

    Write and sell eBooks on Amazon through KDP Select.

    Convert those eBooks to audio book via acx and sell on iTunes, Amazon and Audible.

    I love each stream as each is fun to work and pays royalties monthly.

    124 eBooks and roughly 30 audio books.
