Customer Journey Google
Hello all
I'm still a student and for an assignment i need to make a customer journey of the Google brand, not only the search engine. I'm having a very hard time making this because Google has a lot of products (YouTube, Search Engine, Maps, Drive, Docs, ...). I'm looking for insights on how to do this. I've been shredding paper on this for 2 days straight. Customer Journeys are not my strongsuit so tips, tricks and general help would be most welcome!
The tip i got from my lector: look at the journey as it is a long period op time in which the consumer uses multiple products but not all at once.
TL;DR: How do you make a customer journey of Google as a brand?
