A question about JV and finding mailing lists

This forum appears to be mostly centered around the IM niche itself so it's fairly easy to find someone else who has built a mailing list easily. But what if you've got a completely different kind of niche and you want to find others with mailing lists to work out a deal? You know, get them to shoot out your products. Let's say your niche is music lessons. Where would one go to find loads of people with mailing lists?

You can probably just search google and find tons, as well as other places, but I was thinking there may be some 'directory' site or something for that. A place where people with mailing lists can go to work out deals.

    The affiliates with big lists are not posting their information to be contacted. You have to search them out and they don't make it real easy. They don't need us, we need them... You may want to look at this thread... http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...6PG1bU2DGTCwFt I will not post a link to his blog but you may want to look into the person who started this thread and follow their blog. He knows a great deal about JVs. He had a thread on here that went into much detail but I can not locate it..

      Maybe I'm confused here and was meshing the meaning of JV and affiliate marketing. What I meant was getting others to shoot out your products to their lists, and vice versa, like with a CB product. I'm not sure if that could be considered JV or not. It would be nice to find others with lists easily besides just using google and finding them on CB and what not.
