offline money oppurtunity with seminar?

No one is interested in your supposed 'knowledge.' They want to see the moolah you have made.

What makes you think that you can attract a crowd, especially a paying crowd? Do you have lots of screen shots of your PayPal account and affiliate dashboards to dazzle us with? If not, you had best sharpen your Photoshop skills.

The question is, what do you have to offer? What is your budget? How many people do you need at what cost point to break even/make a profit?

The venue costs, advertising and getting butts in the chair is a TASK which requires a lot of time or attention.

Here is an idea, based on what I do. Saturday AM workshops, usually 3 to 6 people, 3.5 hours, 99 each, 79 for a group of at least 3. I ask them to bring thier notebooks, and have held them at local libraries, meeting joints even Panera and local hangouts.

Run ads for free on Craigslist. Almost no costs, and you could even find a decent affiliate or two. I prefer stand alone, but not opposed to more than one day deals too.

So, sell your knowledge locally, unless you have the deep pockets to compete with those on the list above.
