Can anyone help me with my video marketing with YouTube to getting subscribers & sales on my website

Hello Fellow Warriors,

I would like to know if anyone can help me with my video marketing (I am only going to be showing 4 videos on each of my channels (marketing for each digital marketplace (Warrior Plus & JVZoo) and one for my own customers)) (The videos are already made along with my site, but my viewers don't stay, view, and last longer than 15 seconds). But now I updated my videos with Call To Action actors/spokesperson, and I don't even know if it would be worth the cause of it, if my viewers don't last longer than 2 mins. in the video (Even though 2 of them I have them put in the beginning and middle, besides the end of the video). Also I don't know how to motivate my affiliates to get any sales, I got them approved and provided them the necessary tools, plus the extra videos on Youtube and ask if they would like to use my free report to provide for their list and to also build on their list as well.

I am working on updating that and maybe working on improving and updating the videos (if you warriors think I should do it) I am just on a pretty tight budget right now for marketing and advertising, while i have a free solo ad campaign (3rd or 4th trial run), with also a couple of affiliates in each digital marketplace (Warrior+ and JVZoo).
Can you guys please let me know what I am doing wrong and what I should do ?

      What images , I really do not have any images in the video or throughout the video, So can you please be more specific and specify ? Also I don't think I can add more slides to it, maybe revised, changed, and update it, that I can do or try at least.

    Some homework... try watching some mainstream music videos... pay attention to the time between transitions.... ( a hint its about 3 seconds ) Same is true with TV commercials.. count the time between shot transitions.

    You are advertising " Fast Paced " and you are providing a snails pace almost 10 minute video.. do you see the disconnect?

    Try something like side swipe the first point on the screen.. with a swipe sound.... swipe it off, swipe in the next point.. and the next and the next.. after so many bring multiple points up and review real quick, and then swipe in the next point.. and the next and the next review.... last few points.. review the whole list.. have questions leave a comment below or visit us at www.whatever. MAKE IT interesting.. give it VISUAL interest

      Now that is gonna be a little bit hard, because Iike I mentioned it is already made ("ready made" keyword) I had a voice actor to make the course for me and that will be hard to do and that is costly (since I do not have much funds/money available) and time consuming to remaking, edit, and revised the videos and hire another actor .

      I can do the transition and put the race car intro also in the middle, after transitions, but remaking the videos is sort of out of the question for right now, maybe I can try something new and different.

      If you warriors have any other suggestions and ideas besides remaking/recreating the videos, then please let me know.

      Somewhat better, but not as good either... the motion helps, the white lettering is hard to read so that isnt helping

    The videos look solid to me Anthony.

    Gotta tip to help ya out buddy; network. Find videos in your niche. Watch the videos. Post comments on their videos. Genuine comments. Address these folks by name. Some click through, subscribe to your channel and watch your video.

    I give virtually no time to YouTube but doing this for just a few minutes every few weeks adds subs and views to my channel. To really ramp up subs and sales be ALL IN bro, with this approach. Hours daily, in-depth comments, on aligned videos.

    Your videos look A-OK. Now it's time to increase exposure through less organic but fool proof methods. Time to amplify by growing your friend network.

    Been getting more eBook sales and subs through my videos using this simple tactic.

    i hate to tell you but youtube video ads even though targeted never work for me. i am in the credit repair niche. yt video ads converted the least. i still say youtube is a numbers game. the more videos you have --the more views and traffic you will get. i am on my way to making 5-10 videos per day

    I'll be honest... That video is absolutely brutal. What's with the cars in the background and the yellow font that you can't even read? Then the bait and switch with the lady who looks to be talking but all I get is an animated video of cars driving around with a male voiceover? The whole look, feel and content of the video doesn't give you any credibility.

    I'd doubt many people want to watch a PowerPoint with a monotone voiceover these days. It's like Dwight Schrute said: "PowerPoints are the peacocks of the business world: all show, no meat."

    I flipped through the video and the entire thing is just a bunch of random reasons explaining why people should have an email list. It took 10+ minutes to give out maybe 1 minute of info. How many people are looking for reasons why they need an email list on YouTube? I have no idea.

    Instead of having one super long video; consider splitting it up and making more pointed videos, like: 4 reasons you need an email list.

    Then create videos that give you credibility, like: How I added 1,000 people to my email list in 30 days.

    Your competing right next to a thousand other videos that are engaging and to the point. Look at your competition and see where the bar is set, then exceed it.
