Where to buy a low maintenance, low (but steady) income website?

Greetings, warriors.

Where can I reliably buy a low maintenance website with steady, provable income? I have read lots of bad press about Flippa, so unless that situation has changed in the while since I researched, then that resource is obviously a no-go.

I don't mind a low monthly payout, because I would intend to work it hard whenever I can. I just don't want to fall into a situation where I am bursting eyebrow capillaries because of the stress of desperately trying to keep the site(s) up. I am also very concerned about not getting ripped off, so I would like to get as much proof as possible that the site is in the green.

Any recommendations and/or tips?

All help is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

I think blogging sites are in the trend, you can pick topics like health, fitness, entertainment, News or any other Niche and start your blogging.

If you able to promote the site a bit, You can earn from adsense or by offering guest posting.

In what way does this answer the OP's question?
