Advertorials on mobile devices

I have couple of questions regarding advertorials:

a) What are your views on the impact and conversion of advertorials on mobile devices.

b) Are there any resources for low cost/free templates for advertorials for both desktop and mobile.

    My humble opinion is that advertising on mobile in general is a drain on resources compared with the engagement you can get on desktops and tablets.

    In that light, I can only assume that advertorials on mobile will be considerably less effective than with larger devices. I know Taboola, for instance, will help you with mobile advertorials and I'm sure some of the other platforms can help.

    I personally am more comfortable with the platforms that allow you to adjust your bids according to the type of device. Google will even let you adjust based on the brand, type of phone and carrier.
