I HAVE TOO MANY LEADS! (+Complicated Onboarding Process)

Hi, I'm an Affiliate for a Automatic Crypto Trading bot.

I'm marketing it through messaging people on LinkedIn and its surprisingly working extremely well for me in terms of people being interested to sign up to it. I've got around 30 leads (people wanting to sign up to the bot) in under 48 hours.

[B]My issue? = Too many leads and a complicated on boarding process for them.

The bot's sign up process is COMPLICATED and it requires around 6 steps to get your money into it (Signing up alone requires them to do some complicated things too). It takes around 30-45 min to sign up and invest $ into it.

All I'm doing currently is sending them an email (after they give it) of the sign up link and a 3 page step-by-step document on how to set up and invest in the bot.

Any idea how I can streamline the closing of the leads and on boarding process?

Has any one of those 30 'leads' taken the time to go through the signup process - or to invest $$$?

It seems like you do everything you can. Since you can't change the sign-up process, all you can do is to provide leads with manuals to ease it.

Yeah - is the bottleneck in the signup process the KYC (know your customer) requirement? Can't you just sell the software and let them operate the trade bot within there own account?

      YES.

One has invested $1,000 (and wants to invest $100K next week)

Second has invested $500 and will invest $5000-$10,000 as they see results.

Third is about to invest $3,000 and will invest $10,000 after (and will refer people).

I have 2-4 others that I'm personally meeting very soon to close the deals.

Got lots of qualified leads, but how do I streamline getting them to create an account and invest as its complicated?

Eg. Phone consultation, meeting, have an INSTANT CHAT plug in on my website? etc

      How though? Any ideas?

Bottle neck is signing up as they have to do something new to create the account.

Can't sell software like that, its not my bot.

Taking action and supply what is needed for compliance reason is an obstacle for those who thinks they can only join and get rich over night. The moment providing personal information is required, many people tend to change their mindset.
It can be a complicated process but in my experience it is often because people see 'all the demands' at one time, instead of taking them one by one. That stresses their minds and overwhelm them to inactivity.
All we can do, as their leader, is to be there for them and provide the help needed, till they get there. You could make a step by step doc for them that explains what it is you want to explain.

Fortunately, the fact that the company requires people to go through a sign up process like this, shows they're serious and don't want to be shut down by authorities for compliance reasons.
In my opinion you should be glad that the company takes those steps to keep your business safe on the long run.
        Lots of luck to you.

True that its too much overload for some people and instead we should break it down into 1 by 1 steps.

          I already have a step-by-step document.

Perhaps, I can get them to sign up first (which requires them to create another account somewhere). And then tell them how to invest AFTER (as they'll naturally ask me how).

Getting them to get back to you also secures their safe entrance into the business. Better be safe than sorry
            Thanks for the reply.

That's a good point. When everyone says that you have to simplify the conversion process on your website as much as you can, they are right. However, things get 100% opposite when it comes to a big amount of money. You probably wouldn't trust the company who just wants your email and password to get your 1000 bucks.

Doesn't sound like you need to make any changes if people are investing. Maybe just back off on getting new leads until you have handled your current leads. If you're finding them through Linkedin, you can probably pause your marketing until you're caught up.

Too many leads is a good problem to have.

In my opinion you should also create a video ( use Camtasia for screenshare ) and show the step-by-step process of how to set up and invest in the bot.

Some people like following a document, some people are more inclined to watch a video, so do both Keep crushing it man, too much leads is the best problem you could have in this industry
