Exit Pop Ups that Trigger Audio?

Hi there..

Does anyone know of an easy way to make an exit pop up that triggers an audio recording?

For example.... https://www.redteadetox.com/

Seems like they do a good job of down-selling as the visitor tries to leave.

I'd like to do the same.

  • These audio exit pops really catch attention, but not in a good way.
    From my personal experience, I hate when some music or sound starts playing. Sometimes it even scares me when laptop volume is set up high.

  • I've just paid a developer to do these for me in the past.

  • A good job of being a pain in the backside.

    I'd be confident in assuming that marketers are drawn to this type of thing more so than the prospect.


    With Alexa and IFTT technology, you could have it turn on their kettle and flash their lights too.

  • An exit-pop is just a web page like any other, so you put an auto-playing MP3 on the page.
