In my opinion, Liz Tomey has quality stuff. I am not sure it matter too much though because anything you get you are going to want to put a spin on it and rewrite it to make it original content.

As for the other link you posted, I have seen his site before. I can't speak for the materials he offers, but I wasn't big on his website design...Just MHO..

  Liz Tomey has been around IM for years and years. She has written countless books and a lot of the plr video courses you see are hers.
  
  You can check her out at LizTomey.com. She has other sites too - just google her and you will see loads.
  
  If you want high quality plr look in the WSO section. have used the site recommended by Slin and found it good in some niches. I also use the plrstore.com but the quality can be a bit hit and miss as with anything I suppose.
  
  Depends really on whether you want i.e videos, ebooks or articles.

Hi, I found Niche Empire to be good. As someone just said, you are going to have to rewrite the content to put your spin on it. You will also need to contact a graphic designer to redo the graphics. Of course there are a number of excellent ones here in the forum and at reasonable prices. Personally, I was not knocked out by the graphics of the site you showed us, but who am I to say.

Another good source of PLR info is John Thornhill, he has training info as well. He promotes, ebay - he's a power seller, He sells, PLR stuff and he can teach you how to do the same very cheaply.

These PLR Content Providers sell Non Transferable PLR content. So, the only place where you can buy PLR to that content, would be directly from them. Some of the content from some of the PLR content providers mentioned, are limited edition PLR.

I have not used PLR articles or ebooks for marketing. But I do enjoy reading PLR articles and ebooks from master-resell-rights. However, I noticed that there isn't much updates lately (I mean, new PLR articles and report).

Not sure what you mean by there not being many updates lately... All of the PLR providers below create new products constantly. Or at least most of them.

Tiffany Lambert (PLR Minimart) is super productive and runs WSO's regularly where you can get a ton of her excellent PLR for low, low prices.

There are some excellent PLR providers that have come onto the scene more recently, including Justin Popovic and Kater. Just look for their PLR WSO's and check them out.

One note: Some of the above provide PLR products with everything done for you, and others only provide the product itself, in editable format. You'll have to provide the graphics and the Sales page etc. in those cases.

A word about PLR and MRR: Personally, I find PLR a MUCH better idea because you can insert your own affiliate links, and make changes to make it your own.

I always suggest buying from many places to keep the content mixed. You want curation....many views etc. you are going to always need content. PLR is great for that and you can rewrite it too.
