What does Net 15 Payment Terms Mean?

Just getting into CPA/Affiliate Marketing. Wondering what Net 15 payment terms means. Any help would be appreciated.

    That is a standard accounting term. It means payment will be received 15 days after goods are released. You can have "net" any number of days. My consulting business has net 30 days payment terms. After I issue the invoice, the client has 30 days to provide payment before interest is charged or services are stopped.
