Need suggestions for a good T Shirt course

I had a piece of inspiration for a T shirt design the other day. I know there used to be a glut of t shirt courses around the place a few years back. Its not an area I ever went into but I think this design has potential.
What I looking for is a pointer towards the best one you have used, one that covers all the details and minutiae. Lest it needs saying, not one you are schilling for but one perhaps you have used and seen results from.
