Where to find a partner manager / recruiter?

Happy 2020 y'all.

I need a team of reps working in their local markets - my inside sales people are doing OK, but whenever we visit a local client we close at twice to three times the rate.

The obvious solution: a horde of reps around the country, selling into their local market.

I've also seen a model where the local team acts as SDRs, doing lead generation, and the sale gets done by inside reps. I'm also considering this.

Basically I need the lead volume to go up.

Which would you do? Go after local reps, or after local lead generators and pay them on success?

Something that I have done in the past, and will probably end up doing in the future is finding the pools of sales reps that are servicing the same client base that I wish to target. As an example I had / have a medical service I offer, and we found a company that had 800 or so Med Reps around the country. All we had to do was onboard the reps and uptrain them for our offerings. The sales company gets a percentage and the reps get a percentage - it works out nicely. And you can do this in other verticals as well.

  • I assume you are talking about a digital service/product? If so set up an affiliate program either via an affiliate network or run it in-house.

If what you're selling is "high ticket" then consider high ticket closers . . . there are a few FaceBook Groups for those.

Consider asking for people, on the business and entrepreneur FB Groups . . . lots of people there looking for work.

And, of course, LinkedIn, as others are saying . . . that's an obvious place to advertise jobs or find recruiters etc..
