Hi folks, I was hoping for some recommendations on either a w/p plugin or service that will auto-post a synopsis of my website blog posts to my various social media pages... Facebook and LinkedIn being requirements...

Most of those autopublish plugins don't really LEVERAGE THE POWER of social media

You need a hashtag finder, hashtag rotator, groups finder, and snippet editor... for starters.

For maximum effect, choose to post by HAND

YOU don't have to do it yourself, you can hire a VA to do it for you

You can try out WP SociMate PRO. It works pretty well... or there is plenty of social distribution softwares outthere, such as PromoRepublic, SendPilot, SociaMonials, SocialBee....etc.. My personal favourite is SocialHP...

actually, sir, I don't suggest you to auto-post theory for your blog post. Auto-post is not good for your business and your blogs. but better you do post on social media or you can hire any social media expert.
