With the exception of EasyIndex all my searches show Table of Contents plugins that deal with a single page only. EasyIndex is nice but no matter how I slice it (literally) all my headlines are cutoff.

The images are nice feature as well and I have submitted a ticket (free version response time is 5 days), but I have no reason to believe the paid version will solve the problem.

I'm not adverse to creating site table of contents by hand. Thrive themes has a template. But I would prefer and easier, softer way.

PM me a link to your site and I can see about getting you some code that will make the title longer.

If this is Wordpress, I have used plugins which create a list of pages, posts or both and give me the option to exclude specific posts or pages. I could then insert the code in to whichever page I wanted to create a site table of contents or even a visual sitemap.

Maybe that could be a simple way round what you are trying to do?
